REFUND POLICY
feminine joy affirmations doesn’t issue refunds but vouchers with the value of the product. If you withdraw from your contract/ purchase during the 14 day withdrawal period, following regulations occur:
You need to send back the product in good condition within 5 days after you sent the withdrawal form.
When we received the product in good condition, we will send you a digital voucher with the value of the purchased product. The voucher doesn’t have an expiery date so that you can useit whenever it suits you.
Please keep in mind that you cannot get a refund for the shipping & return costs.
CHANGE SIZE
If you want to change the size, the return shipping cost is incumbent on you, whereas the shipping costs of the new size is taken over by feminine joy affirmations.
